  • All prices are listed in USD/EUR.
  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
  • We accept major international credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
  • We offer worldwide shipping from China using reliable carriers (e.g., YunExpress, 4PX, FedEx).
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • USA: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 8–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Import taxes, VAT, or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
  • We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, your refund (excluding original shipping) will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns for customized or engraved items.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • We aim for accuracy in descriptions, photos, and measurements.
  • However, due to lighting or screen display differences, there may be slight color differences.
  • Natural stones, pearls, or woven elements may vary slightly in texture or color.
